Field Notes is a tiny home bakery in Martinsville, New Jersey. I make macarons slowly and by hand, using eggs from our chickens, fruits and flowers from our garden, local produce, and the best ingredients I can find. I care about the energy that goes into making and sharing food. With each batch, I take a moment to set an intention for the care and wellbeing of the people who will receive it.
